Return & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All refunds and exchanges are subject to final approval of our customer service department who will need to evaluate the condition of the products.


Damaged/Defective Goods

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the products by sending a picture, order number and description of the problem to . If we do not hear from you within 7 days of receipt we assume you have received your purchase in good order and condition. After receiving notification from you the products will have to be sent back to us within 7days if not notified otherwise by us.

We will either send you the replacement parts and if necessary we will replace with a new item at no cost to you upon receiving back the defective/damaged item. The appropriate course of action will be determined by our customer care department. If the product is non-defective we will return the products to you (shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer) or we can it treat  as a return item (please refer to "Return item" section for policy).

The fastest way to ensure you getting what you want is to return the item you have had, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you you within 5-10 working day once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it might take some time for you bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
